Martin Picturesque's Escritor X™ Creative Writers After-School Program (CWASP) at Roberto Clemente Middle School has been dissolved for good, following the announcement of program sponsor Thurman Martin's resignation from the School District of Philadelphia. Picturesque calls this an "end of an era" for the company that supported the program with books, subscriptions, lesson plans and other materials since 1999's "Clemente News Club" at the school.

Want to type your poem in and see it right away? Want to share your work so others can offer feedback and comments? Now you can! Creative Writers now has online forums for students to post their work, comment on others' work, and share ideas about how they are inspired to write. As these forums are used, we will develop additional topics of interest to students and teachers alike.
