Jocelyn: I Thought Wrong

When I first saw you,
I thought you were the one,
To come onto my life,
And become my only one.

I thought you were different,
Different from all others,
But I guess I thought wrong,
Wrong just like all others.

But now that I know you,
The real you,
I think something else about you,
Things about you that I never knew.

So now that I know you,
You ain’t nothing new,
Soon you’ll be gone,
So I guess I thought wrong.
