You don’t know my life
I’m 14 and my life started at 6
It’s been hard,
not like I’ve been on the streets
But I would say
I’ve been threatened on the streets.
My life is hard:
Peer pressure, guns, people, sex,
relationships, parents and friends, drug dealers
Combine that together, and your life is hard
I’ve been through rape
I’ve been through abuse
I’ve been through neglect
I’ve been through a lot of stuff
And I feel a lot of stuff
I’m telling you again:
You don’t know my life!
